Kim Kardashian shares emotional post after her two-year-old son is hospitalised.

While Kardashian fans have been distracted by the Kylie Jenner pregnancy controversy, one little Kardashian has been struggling with something much more important.

Kim and Kanye’s son Saint has been battling pneumonia and spent several days in hospital.

“My precious baby boy is so strong,” Kim Kardashian West posted to Instagram, alongside a picture of herself holding two-year-old Saint.

The 37-year-old reality TV star said she spent three nights in hospital at Saint’s side, and watched as he was hooked-up to intravenous drips and oxygen machines. It is understood he was hospitalised from Wednesday to Saturday last week.

“Our end of year was challenging,” she said. “Pneumonia is so scary.”

The 37-year-old went onto thank nurses, doctors and hospital staff, saying little Saint is now home and “all better”.

“He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint.”

Kardashian West and her rapper husband have an older daughter, North West, who is four. And they are expecting a third child via surrogate in a matter of weeks.

Fans have been quick to share their relief at Saint’s recovery, and the Instagram post has attracted millions of likes and comments.
