Quick Question: What's the first thing you do when you wake up?

I’m pregnant so clearly the answer for me is wee. But according to countless studies (including this one by Oxygen Media and Lightspeed Research)  about one third of women aged 18-35 check Facebook as soon as they wake up. Even before they wee.

Meanwhile one of my old flatmates had the morning ritual of reciting affirmations to herself as soon as she woke up.

Yet another former flatmate (I’ve had few over the years) would always feed her goldfish – Elizabeth – before she did anything else. Nice.

So what’s the first thing you do when you wake up? Kiss your partner? Turn on the TV? log on to Mamamia?
