Two dead, one injured in shooting on Queensland's Fraser Coast.

Two women are dead and a man is in a critical condition following a shooting at a house on Queensland’s Fraser Coast this morning, police say.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman said officers were called to an address at Booral following reports of a gun being fired about 6:30am.

Two women aged 50 and 68 have since been declared dead while a 79-year-old man remains in a critical condition in Hervey Bay Hospital.

Preliminary inquiries indicate the incident was domestic-related with no one else believed to be involved.

Officers seized a firearm at the scene.
