That particular  SPF is very smoothing thanks to the silicon feel but doesn’t add a glow. Giving a glow isn’t the aim of applying sunscreen though. It might look ok and work with foundation but what’s in it that’s protecting. In order to protect it must have particular ingredients in particular percentages.
