To be honest, I've been eating meat pies for over 33 years, I use all 6 ways (although if i go the deconstructed method I fill the pastry with sauce first).
It all depends on what mood I'm in, what utensils i have etc.
Never had it upside down, I don't see what he was trying to achieve by doing it but it's not terrible at least it was a least real pie and not a @$#&+/_ chicken pie,now that should be illegal.
Why do people even use such a sharp knife, even a sufficiently heavey butter knife can usually do the trick, just slam the blade into it and twist.
Our 3yo went from eating pretty much anything to the only vegetable she would eat being mashed potatoes now she won't even eat that, we have to give her fruit at dinner time.
She would happily dehydrate instead of drink plain water.
Then she got influenza a a few weeks back and barely drank or ate for over a week, now every meal time is a battle to get her to eat much at all (healthy or even unhealthy).
Tonight she wouldn't eat the meal she picked out and after multiple tantrums (on her part, not mine, though I wanted to) she eventually settled on a vegemite sandwich.
Then there is our 18month old who will eat anything loves apples and grapes and oranges, cauliflower, broccoli etc but if she eats it gets lots of wind pain (I believe a fructose and lactose intolerance is to blame there) ... we just can't win.
