Thanks for the article, but I'm stuck on finding my waist measurement! Could you please add some diagrams to illustrate where the measurements should be taken?

My widest is my hips, 36" measured about an inch below my belly button.

Narrowest is about 29.5", roughly where my bra strap is.

I am normally a size 6, but I've gained weight and trying to find my new size! Guessing about size 10? Thanks <3
