I am a high school principal at an all-girls catholic high school.  I have been noticing that more and more girls are starting to wear more make-up to school (this is still a small amount as probably 90% or more do not wear make-up ever to school).  I did a google search and your podcast and article came up.  It is naive of me, but I hadn't thought about this at all and the fact of trying to be invisible instead of standing out.  My administration was looking at our rule which just states "understated make-up" and I feel we are just in the right spot and will not change to a "no make-up" rule.  It will, however, help us to maybe identify a girl who might just need some guidance and support.  Thanks for sharing.
