I had 3 under three!

I moved from Thailand to Aus and had a massive shock as my help was gone (I know right!!!)

I also had no family , a husband that travelled for work and then a year after arriving found out my eldest was Autistic. My world caved in and I put up a protective bubble to cope. I thought I was fine but a few years later had a semi breakdown.

I had to learn to love myself, seek help and ignore judgement. 

It was soo  hard ! 

I got through after help from psychologists but I still feel I have lost who I and  now facing teenage challenges!

It’s bloody hard being a parent but I have to say my kids seem ok!!! They have no idea how hard it’s been and for that I’m grateful 💖
