I am 43 years okd and went back to uni to pursue my dreams to become a doctor.

While studying a counselling subject i was subjected to repeat bullying by three younger female students. My charge? Being a middle aged white guy.

I reported the bullying and i changed my tutorial to get away from these bullies

The lecturer i reported it to denied i was attacked and failed to report the bullying to the disciplinary committee as required.

I then had the class change i had made reversed put back into the tutorial i had been attacked in.

I was forced to stay in the class and i was repeatedly attacked throughout semester

The students then admitted they acted inappropriately attacking me but still i was forced to stay in it

Then staff failed me in my first assessment of this unit. I am a distinction and high distinction unit and then all of a sudden i get 30%.

I am told i can drop the unit as the first course of action.

I went to the grievance office who did nothing.

I then went to the head of school who made false allegations of me that after threatening legal action the uni dropped

I then had the executive dean fail to provide me an alternative assessment he had committed to in writing

I was then failed in the unit.

I was offered a supplmentary assessment in this unit to pass it and was instructed to wait until i was given it, by the prpgram coordinator. He completely failed to contact me with it and they failed me

When i raised this failure in procedural fairness thr head of school them lies saying I failed to accept the offer when i was instructed to wait. Cover up fter cover up. Retalition and retaliation. All for raising a bullying complaint

I reported these staff for misconduct.

The head of HR doesnt investigate and dismisses it.

Luckily i make a second final appeal to my grade in the unit and it goes outside of the school and they uphold my appeal and force the school to give me the assessments they were meant to.

But then these very staff i reported of misconduct team together and make further false allegations

And now i have been expelled!

And i am appealing

its been the most sickening example of abuse of power and corruption i have ever seen. And its by the very staff i reported bullying to that were meant to protect me.
