concessional contribution caps on a rolling basis for 5 years. You have time to catch up and even over take average super balance. The ATO assists by taxing contributions at a lower tax rate, you may not even miss it from your take home pay. 

Be prepared to DIY, watch YouTube videos for hints on how to do your own repairs and maintenance before paying someone including doing your own nails and pedicures. 

Plus another idea is to rent out your spare room, garage etc for some extra income, use this for your holiday fund or other.

I bought my mahogany timber dining table with bench seats for $200 from. Gumtree and leather Freedom corner lounge for $800 cash, it only sat in someone's front loungeroom but was never sat in RRP $3,799, the same as my push-bike. 

Regularly cull, when you no longer use items, sell them whilst they still have value.
