You claim it’s normal for men to seek out kids older than 10 to procreate with because evolutionarily, they have more chances to produce children, but it’s actually kind of the opposite. 

A grown man having sex with a child, preteen, or teenager is very dangerous. There are higher rates of injury and death from penetrative sex (such as bleeding, infection, pain, bruising, etc), and women/girls who become pregnant before their 20s are at a much higher risk for miscarrying, dying from pregnancy, or dying from giving birth, and the baby is at a higher risk for being born with genetic anomalies. All those things astronomically higher. 

The prime time for a woman to be healthy during pregnancy and give birth to a healthy baby is in her 20s and 30s. 

And don’t forget, kids, preteens, and young to mid teens who have sexual relations with an adult (even “consensually”) end up having lasting psychological damage, even in places where those age gaps are considered normal.

So no, pedophilia or hebephilia (or whatever you want to call it) does not make sense from an evolutionary viewpoint. All it does is cause physical and psychological harm, and even death.
