Thanks for sharing this. It’s a reminder not to lose sight of making quality time for kids, helping them with the transitions and focusing on making things good for them. And acknowledging the grief of a life lost. Patience and kindness wins the day. 

Ditch folders altogether.. Just have inbox and an archive folder. Anything dealt with goes into archive and use the search function to find the email again if you need.
