So thrilled to see this topic covered. I have been flat since 2016 and do not wear prosthetics and never see myself represented in the media [it can be hard to be what you can't see].  I do think if there was more visibility of us flatties outside closed groups, then women would know that this is a viable option.  Like @flatisfine says "Flat is not fabulous, but it's not F$%#ed either". Thank you for this important content.

Hi Jessie. Thank you for all your thoughts about the changes to uni fees.  I have listened to your discussion on MOL and have read this article and many others across abc.net.au.  Surely, it is a good investment in your future to do a degree that interests and inspires you [as you did] and to happily manage the costs of this uni debt once employed.  If I am right, and the new fees for an Arts degree means total debt of approx $45k ..... with an average salary of $89,000 with a BA, Humanities - surely repaying this debt isn't too hard.  Much better off than the person who does not attend Uni .... and works for minimum wage of $38,521.60 pa.  If a person with an average salary after a BA, Humanities could repay their $45k loan in one year and still have more than the minimum wage left over [$89,000 - $45,000 = $44,000 - which is still $5478.40 more than the minimum wage] ..... for those of us making a minimum wage .... this doesn't seem like such a bad place to be.  Fortunate are those you have the opportunity to go to Uni.....  Thanks for the critical thinking you give to the Podcast each week, Keep Smiling
