Maybe she isn’t that close or dear of a friend? I’m childless gal and my beautiful mum friends and I are always able to make time for one another - even if I just pop in for a quick cuddle with the babies and a tea. My friends are still my friends and they make me feel welcome and loved as they always have. If that’s not happening naturally perhaps this person isn’t a deep true friend…. ?
