Perfectly real beautiful story thank you Alyssa.  I struggled alot, feeling I was less of a woman because I had an unplanned Caesarian section for my first baby . Its scary and overwhelming and you captured this so well (even the rocking and rolling of the surgery) I thought that was it for me but went on to have other babies that did not need to be caesarian, all of them are as wonderful and as different as their births.
