Great read. Incredibly deep and evocative and, sadly, the case for so many new mothers. I’d just like to say as per some of the other comments, to all the soon-to-be new mums, this isn’t always the story. I could not fault my husband when our daughter arrived 14 months ago. Although, knowing him as I do, I didn’t expect anything less. For me, it goes back to educating the young men of our world, instilling positive values in them early on and ensuring they are a part of the whole picture from the get go.
