Unfortunately, this will guarantee my kids get no essential nutrients as the delicious lunch will be in the bin or left in the lunchbox. A better way to ensure your children get all the essential nutrients they need is to pack what they will actually eat. Today, this meant two homemade protein balls, a milk popper, apple, popcorn and a not-peanut butter sandwich. That works for my kids right now, but may not work for others. Save yourself the time, energy and money!
