My kids primary school bully was given a kindness and citizenship award. She bullied my child relentlessly from years 1 to  year 4.  But had 2 sides and showed everyone else the "nice" side and destroyed my kid. He will never be the same again. He still doesn't trust people and has a really hard time making friends.
