Thank you for sharing your families story so beautifully and explaining so well the complexities that come along with caring for family members with disabilities. I am the mother of a 14year old boy with a disability and it is such a worry to think what his adult life might look like. I too have a supportive family but they are also busy with their own families, it can be quite an isolating experience at times.
