This article is bizarre.  The husband is a cheat and if I were the writer I would have booted him out.  The wife is pretty delusional.  I guess they are well suited!

I would invite my mother for 2 weeks without asking permission from my husband.  And I wouldn't expect him to throw a hissy fit over it. When you marry someone don't you accept their family as your own to a certain extent?  It's 2 weeks out of 6 months.
