My MIL and I were watching my daughter and another grandchild play on the trampoline. My daughter had fallen a few times getting down the ladder as she has mild cerebral palsy and used to lose her balance. She was three years old at the time. The other grandchild got down without falling. MIL says ' well, this one doesn't fall over'. WTAF??? 

Well done to you!!! Taking a little bit of control will make a difference. Be proud. 🤗🤗

This is quite awful. We can make assumptions about what this man was thinking or feeling but the bottom line is we do not know.  His behaviour was extremely disrespectful.
