@sedanayasa I assume she didn't tick the box  to cover for the hiring of a scooter. Very common. My daughter also had an accident on a taxi scooter which crashed into a car. Luckily she wasn’t too series and able to fly home. Unfortunately her insurance didn’t cover her hospital stay in Bali.
