The irony is that the things done for beauty will ultimately take your beauty away. These UV rays accelerate the aging of the skin and will one day be the thing they regret. Working in a skin cancer clinic my day is filled with patient’s woe at the way the sun (or solarium) has aged their skin.

This is timely reading as I face a Christmas without my immediate family. I have become the black sheep of my family because I am vaccinated and don’t believe the ‘truth’ about vaccines, the government and how we are being controlled. I know our relationship can never be as it was pre COVID and it saddens me deeply.
