Girl I feel your pain that happened to me today. I about died, I told her you need to fix this otherwise I will not be leaving my house.  I have gone thru 15 hairdressers since I moved from Oregon. I had same hairdresser a young girl for like 8 years, she had no problem doing my hair. Here in california whats the problem lol paying 185 for them to screw it up and damage it is not cool! I was looking for a pic to show my friend I should have taken a photo of myself LOL
