Estate Agents are awful but I feel the laws in certain states, especially NSW, allow or even encourage them to behave as they do. In Sydney there's so much protection for vendors and not nearly enough for buyers compared to other parts of Australia. 

Sounds amazing. I hope it takes place next year- I'd love to go!!
