The very modern royal parents, the Duke and , shared a photo of their children Prince George and Princess Charlotte, in the early hours of Sunday morning Australian time.
They set social media aflutter hours before by posting a photo saying they would be posting a photo. So meta.
“We’ll be posting a very special photo of and his little sister Princess Charlotte on @instagram late tonight. Can’t wait to share it with you!” the caption read.
This is the first official photo of the baby since she left 10 hours after she was born.

Earlier, the palace announced in a short statement to the press that Princess Charlotte will be on Sunday the 5th of July at St Mary Magdalene Church, Sandringham, near the Queens' favoured rural estate.
The private ceremony will be conducted by by The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby, as the spiritual head of the Church of England. Archbishop Welby also conducted Prince George's Christening.
Traditionally, royal babies have been christened in the music room at Buckingham Palace. However, William and Kate broke that tradition when they had Prince George christened in the Chapel Royal at St James' palace.
