Many companies are now asking their employees to return to the office on two, three or even five days a week as we increasingly go back to 'normal life' after two years of pandemic lockdowns and working from home.
But what happens if you don't want or feel the need to get back into the daily grind, spending hours commuting and spending a fortune on petrol and expensive lunches in the city?
The Quicky speaks to an employment expert, and a number of women who have all sought to continue working from home, to find out whether you as an employee can demand that your improved work-life balance remains in tact.
