It's the case that's been unpacked on Netflix's new docuseries, Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal. A story with five people dead under unusual or suspicious circumstances all seemingly connected to one very powerful and influential family, the Murdaugh's. 

Last week, Alex Murdaugh, the prime suspect for two of the five deaths, was convicted of murdering his wife and son.
