Remember Kerrie Friend, the beautiful co-host of Aussie game show Perfect Match? She’s back in Australia promoting her second self-help book Image: 365 Days to a New You and anyone who remembers her stunning smile is all ears.
Perfect Match was Australia’s version of US dating game show The Dating Game. It aired from 1984 to 1989 on Channel Ten and then moved to the Seven Network in 2002.
Nicky Buckley took over the role later after Friend moved on.
Kerrie Friend co-hosted the show first with Greg Evans and then with Cameron Daddo. She was the third female co-host on the show, following Debbie Newsome and then Tiffany Lamb.
Since her time on the show ended, Friend moved from her home town of Noosa, Queensland to the US where she and American TV producer husband Kenn Copenhaver have been based for the past 20 years.
Friend is in Australia for the first time in three-and-a-half years and says this time she’ll be home for quite a while. She’s now 50 and says living a good life is all about taking care of the self.
Friend maintains a home in Noosa and while she and her husband are here, they plan to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows on the beach.

I'm sure she is a fabulous person and that's just a bad photo...but oh god, the irony of promoting your self help book about having a fabulous image, while looking like you just crawled out of a bush in last night's clubbing make up!
Ouch!
She is 50 years old you know.
Gee, so I hope that at 50 she is not really required to look like she did 25 years ago? Ouch! I do agree with you to a point, though - the hair could be improved and be a little more flattering to her presentation, as a mature woman. And the hippie blouse could have been rethought before going on TV!
