We watch a lot of beauty tutorials on YouTube here at The Glow, so we can tell you definitively that they’re often too long, too complex and only for the very young.
This is why we’re so fond of Aleesa Hall, AKA Glam Me Up. She makes beauty vlogs that are quick, easy to follow, and work on skin that’s seen more than a couple of decades of life.
Case in point, her latest video: an over 40s smokey eye tutorial. It takes under five minutes, Aleesa is sassy and funny and she even uses her fingers – just like we would at home.
