Great article here. Actually I am not a morning person like you. I hate waking up early because of my schedule today but i read in some articles that they have healthier lifestyle than people who wakes up late. I recently wrote an article about it.
Why Being morning Person is Good For you
I don't identify with any of these except maybe the exercise-related ones! I can't sleep in and I hate the thought of wasting my weekends in bed. I also find it difficult to stay awake past 10pm. I havent always been like this - when I was a teenager and into my early 20s, I stayed up til all hours and slept all morning. But when I finished uni and started fulltime work, I fell into the routine of a morning person.
I guess I'm a certified earlybird! I love it that way. :)
