She pretty much singlehandedly started off the pink hair craze that saw Kaley Cuoco, Kendall Jenner and even Robbie Williams try out the candy-coloured hue.
Now, Nicole Richie has transformed her hair yet again, and this time she’s veered right off the ‘rainbow’ colour spectrum.
The 34-year-old a brand new cut and colour… and it feels a little like deja vu. Surely we’re the only ones getting major J-Law vibes from this?
Her platinum blonde colour and chin-length bob cut made its first public appearance at the Pearlxchange conference in LA — Richie's own series of motivational talks for women — and mirror the hair changes recently made by Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence.
We can't be the only ones who see it, surely:
Unlike Lawrence, whose hair updates are amazing but infrequent, Richie is no stranger to regular hair changes.
The mum of two, who was rocking a more golden shade prior to this, says she loves the freedom of change. "The way I look at hair is it's just a hair colour. I don't use permanent hair colour — it washes out. It will grow back. I've always liked changing up my look," she told Allure earlier this year.

The platinum blonde is a step closer to Richie's natural dirty blonde, and this is the second time this year she's embraced the shade.
If you're dying to ask your hairdresser for the same shade, her colourist Lori Goddard describes it as "surf punk platinum". So try saying that.
Richie has also admitted to Into The Gloss that going pink was a totally spontaneous decision, and considering she's already been purple and blue, we can't wait to see what she does next.
