UPDATE:
Despite attempts by doctors to save the two-headed baby girl born in Bangladesh last week, the girl has passed away from heart failure.
“She was not in a stable condition since she was born,” a spokesperson for the Dhaka Medical College Hospital said, saying that the baby girl died before doctors could intervene.
The girl’s father Jamal Mia had previously expressed concern over his family’s ability to provide for the girl, and told reporters he was thankful that doctors gave him the money to bury the baby girl.
The girl’s mother – who has been unwell since the baby was delivered via caesarean – is not yet aware that her daughter has passed away.

An extraordinary two-headed baby girl has been delivered in a “miracle” birth in Bangladesh.
The baby, who was born overnight Australian time, is now being treated for breathing difficulties after she was shifted to the intensive care unit of the country’s largest hospital in Dhaka.
Thousands of people have reportedly flocked to the hospital in Brahmanbaria, east of Dhaka, where she was delivered by Caesarean section, to catch a glimpse of the baby.
Her father Jamal Mia, a farm labourer, described being “awestruck” when he first saw his new baby.
He told AFP : “She has two fully developed heads. She is eating with two mouths and breathing with two noses,” he said.

I think both babies (two faces two heads) are really cute!
Scientifically, how does this happen? Is it an odd shaped sperm thing? Cell division issues?
Cell division issues. If the fertilised egg (zygote) divides in two early enough, you get seperate identical twins. A few cell divisions later and you'll get co-joined twins. The later the split, the more fused the babies.
