The Mamamia team have tried and tested plenty of new skincare, makeup, hair and body products in July — and we're just itching to share all our much-loved recommendations with you.

L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss Lamination Treatment, $29.99.

"Have you tried it? It's bloody good. After seeing it everywhere, I snapped it up at the chemist while I was waiting on a script. And yeah — it's worth the hype. Hair feels soft. "I'm obsessed with this as a moisturising primer under foundation, especially for dry or mature skin. If you find that your foundation tends to cling in fine lines and age you, this is the cream you need. They market it as a 'transforming moisturising cream' and it literally is that. "I have to put this puppy forward.... it lasts HOURS, even when eating and drinking. I was at an event this week and I had so many women asking me what the lipstick was and how I make it stay on. "If you're using heavy actives or are on some topical prescription creams like me (oh joy, adult acne), you want something simple but nourishing to balance out the strong ingredients. I've been using the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream with a triple-blend of ceramides on my skin and it’s been absolutely 'drinking' it. It's not too heavy to cause breakouts and is good at balancing my combination complexion.
