A woman has been charged with the attempted murder of her seven-year-old son on the New South Wales far south coast.
Police allege the 39-year-old woman reversed her car into the child twice while he was walking in a park near Batemans Bay.
The boy was taken to Batemans Bay Hospital with a suspected fractured collarbone.
The woman was arrested at the scene and later charged with attempted murder, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and driving a motor vehicle furiously and causing bodily harm.
She is due to appear in the Bega Local Court later.
