A new study has revealed the top 10 most stressful jobs of 2015.

Stress Kills. We’ve heard it before.

Chances are you’ve experienced stress at some point in your life. And believe it or not, it can cause anything from depression to insomnia, high-blood pressure to difficulty breathing.

But are you feeling more stressed than, say, your hairdresser?

A new study by Career Cast has considered just that. By looking at a range typical work demands and crises, Career Cast has created a ranking system, which can predict the amount of stress a worker may experience.

The scale takes into account 11 common job demands, including competitiveness, life risk and travel time, among others.

It’s no surprise that police officers and fire fighters make the top ten most stressful jobs. Although, we think a few others are maybe a little questionable (ahem, actors?).

Overall, the report has revealed that, “If you spend your days working one-on-one with others helping them in some way, and your schedule tends to be set more by you than by others, you likely have a job with a low, healthy stress level.”
