Family of a woman missing after nightclubbing with friends say they are not coping with her out-of-character disappearance.

Hayley Dent, from Pakenham, was last seen leaving the bar Revolver on Chapel Street at Prahran about 2.50am on Sunday wearing black jeans and a grey jumper.

The 28-year-old’s cousin Mickaylah Chaffey says Ms Dent was out with friends celebrating, a week after her birthday.

“She went to the toilet and then disappeared which is not like her at all,” Ms Chaffey said.

“(She’s) lovable, loud, outspoken – a person you want to be around.”

Ms Dent’s family, especially her mother, are not coping, Ms Chaffey said.

“It’s really hard on her, she just wants her little girl home.”

Ms Dent is described as about 155cm tall with a medium build, fair complexion and long blonde hair.
