1. “I can confirm we slept together.” MAFS’ Mikey says he had an affair with Michael’s wife Stacey.

For months now, rumours have been circulating about a potential MAFS cheating scandal, even before the show came to air.

And now we finally have some more information.

Earlier today, Mikey, who is married to Natasha on the show, told news.com.au that he had a “one night stand” with fellow contestant Stacey during filming last year.

At the time, the couples were all staying in the same apartment complex.

“I can confirm we did have sex, but it was clearly after Natasha and I had agreed with producers that our relationship was over, and Natasha knew we weren’t together,” said Mikey.

“I actually didn’t want this [story] out as it’s not the best way to end my time on the show, but it did happen.”

The only problem is, Stacey doesn’t seem to think it happened.

“Nothing happened between Mikey and I. No sexual relations. Nothing. I can guarantee that,” Stacey told Woman’s Day.

But in leaked text messages obtained by the publication, Stacey appears to ask Mikey “are you coming tonight?” before mentioning he left in the morning without saying a proper goodbye.

In another message, Mikey told Stacey that he wanted to kiss her.

“I wanted to kiss u [sic] tonight. Don’t mean to be forward but some honesty for once can’t hurt!”

Yikes.

While we’re not sure what to believe, it’s not surprising that Mikey would want to end his relationship with Natasha, having decided to leave during last night’s commitment ceremony.

It looks like we’ll just have to wait and see what drama unfolds when Married At First continues tonight at 7.30pm on Nine.

2. Everything we know about the bushfire relief concert Miley Cyrus is headlining.

Miley Cyrus has announced that she’ll be headlining Melbourne’s bushfire relief concert on March 13th at Lakeside Stadium.

The 27-year-old will be joining ‘Old Town Road’ singer Lil Nas X as well as Australia’s own The Veronicas and Seb Fontaine.

In her social media announcement, Miley shared her excitement about performing, “Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Australian charities working to restore forests, wildlife, and communities affected by the devastating fires.”

Speaking to KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O on Monday morning, Tash said that Madison had originally auditioned to be on MAFS, but she wasn’t successful.

“We’ve actually known each other for a really, really long time,” she said. “We are what each other both asked for.”

“She makes me feel safe, she makes me feel respected, she makes me feel every way a person that you’re in love with should make you feel.”

Although Amanda told NW Magazine that she believed Tash and Madison were dating during the experiment, her ex-wife has denied these claims.

“I didn’t start officially dating [Madison] until a few months ago, and the show was well and truly over,” she claimed.

And look, after their MAFS experience, may both Amanda and Tash only experience smooth-sailing when it comes to their love life.

5. “It’s been saddening.” Exactly what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s statement really means.

On Friday night, London time, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle released a lengthy statement, detailing what their life outside the British Royal Family will look like.

The statement, which came just weeks after the couple first announced their decision to step down as senior members of the Royal Family, was released following news that the Queen had denied Harry and Meghan permission to continue to use their “Sussex Royal” brand.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s entire personal brand – including their website, Instagram account and a rumoured new charity – currently uses the Sussex Royal branding.

The new statement, which was released to “mitigate any confusion and subsequent misreporting” surrounding the couple’s exit from the royal family, confirmed that the couple’s revised role will begin on March 31, as they enter a 12-month review.

Since the statement was released, however, royal experts and social media users alike have begun decoding what the couple’s lengthy statement might actually mean.

In recent days, some experts and commentators have shared that they believe the couple’s statement alludes to their disappointment over recent developments. Here’s what royal experts think Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s statement really means.

Their royal titles.

In their statement, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appeared to respond to the Queen’s decision to remove their royal branding, as they questioned whether they should be allowed to use the title abroad.

Last week, Buckingham Palace released a statement, announcing: “As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are stepping back as senior members of the Royal Family, and will work towards financial independence, use of the word ‘Royal’, in this context, needed to be reviewed.”

In response, Meghan and Harry wrote: “While there is not any jurisdiction by The Monarchy or Cabinet Office over the use of the word ‘Royal’ overseas, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex do not intend to use ‘Sussex Royal’ or any iteration of the word ‘Royal’ in any territory.”
