Since she became part of the royal family when she married Prince Harry in May last year, Meghan Markle has broken royal rules and flouted tradition.
From baring her legs at hers and Harry’s first official photo call, to sitting with her legs crossed at the knee (rather than the ankles) at the Invictus Games, Meghan has become something of a royal renegade.

Good for her. Doulas are absolutely invaluable and should be encouraged. I hope Meghan's use of one promotes their services and they are more widely used and accepted.
That is going to be one crowded delivery room with a bevy of obstetricians, midwives, Prince Harry and the doula.
Don't forget the birth photographer, who will "accidentally" leak pictures of the Soho House-inspired birthing suite, with the baby swaddles tagged with a "swipe up".
One obstetrician (if she even needs one), one midwife, one doula and Harry. The doula will also labour with her at home.
That's completely standard for a birth these days.
completely standard for a non Royal birth, but usually there are several Obstetricians involved along with midwives ( according to the reports relating to previous Royals).
