Kate Fischer writes open letter to Mariah Carey to help her 'win James Packer back'.

The ex-fiancée of Australian billionaire James Packer, Kate Fischer, has written a surprising open letter to his most recent ex, pop star Mariah Carey.

The former model, who has shied away from the media spotlight in the years since her split with Packer and now goes by the name Tziporah Malkah, offered up some advice to the singer in the latest issue of New Idea magazine.

"My advice to you is, if you really want him back play the game, let him make the key decisions and you may well live happily ever after as Mariah Carey Packer," she wrote.

"Here’s a tip, Mariah. If you want to get him back and he’s having a sulk, just wait a few days and get in touch."

The 42-year-old also offered up some insight into her own relationship with James, writing that there were always "umpteen people" around the billionaire.

"In the end, for me, it all came to a head after I realised that as much as I loved James, I could never be happy being Mrs Packer," she wrote.

She recently posed in lingerie for the magazine, opening up at the criticism she has received about her weight.

"Really, why should anyone feel ashamed about how they look when photographed without their knowledge?” she told the magazine.

The ‘It Girl’ of the 90s also opened up about her relationship with Packer – the pair were engaged for two years before they split in 1998 – and nasty rumours she had ended up with his millions.

“For so long, I had to put up with false rumours that I got multi-millions out of splitting from him,” she told the magazine.

“Once, I was at the supermarket when someone yelled out: ‘Nice job, getting 10 million bucks for lying on your back, Kate!'” she said.

Packer's latest split - from Carey, whom he proposed to in January - has dominated headlines since it was announced last month, with rumours Packer called it quits over the star's lavish spending habits.
