What's going to decide your vote in the 2022 Federal Election? Have your say.

For the past few weeks, federal election chatter has started to build.

When is Scott Morrison going to call it?

What are the polls predicting?

What are the different parties promising?

Here at Mamamia we want to cut through all the noise and predictions and find out what actually matters to you when it comes to deciding where you place your vote.

Election day must be no later than May 21 2022, and the PM has to give us at least 33 days' notice. So by our calculation, Morrison's last possible day to let us know when we're going to the polls, is April 18.

So with a few weeks up our sleeve, we want to check in with you: the voters.

What do you consider the biggest election issues that will influence you at the polls? What's your message to whoever wins? Is there somebody you wish you could vote for in this election who isn't on the ballot paper...?

Whether you're feeling excited or fatigued about this whole election business, we want to know your thoughts. It's all 100% anonymous so be as honest as you like. We can handle it.

Click the button below to complete the Mamamia Votes election survey.

What's going to decide your vote in the 2022 Federal Election? We want to find out what actually matters to you when it comes to deciding what to do with your vote, not what everyone else tells you matters. Be as honest as you like, we can handle it.

I think the Liberals/Nationals have had enough time now to show what they can do, which seems to be nothing of merit!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I'll be giving my vote to any Liberal/National party members. We need to be doing something about government corruption, climate change and the cost of living and I don't think the LNP will ever be able to deliver on that!!

Policies that address Climate Change are number 1 for me. I will vote against my own interests for this.
I have little kids, none of the other stuff matters to me if we don’t work on leaving the planet in a better state for them. We have an untapped resource in Australia - we lucky to have some amazingly bright kids with wild ideas and imaginations coming out in the next few generations, we need to invest in renewables and technologies that will actually utilise their minds.
