Clare Verrall’s ‘experimental marriage‘ has been a tumultuous one.
From what we’ve seen on our tellies, her relationship with Jono Pitman has been messy to say the least. Butting heads at almost every turn, the couple have fought about everything from the perceived danger of crocodiles to dog poop and a particularly controversial claim that Jono was cheating with a gym receptionist.
In the opening episode, the 32-year-old was shown to be a strong, witty and vivacious personality, but Clare has since expressed frustration on Instagram over the show’s editing. In the wake of Tuesday night’s episode, the property management consultant thanked her fans and loved ones on Instagram post of a photo with her pet dog, Dutchy.
Ah, the crocodile fight. Good times. Post continues after video…
“A HUGE thank you to all my wonderful friends, family & even the extraordinarily large number of amazing strangers who have offered me kind words of support this week.
“Watching last nights [sic] episode was certainly difficult & very confronting. Luckily I had some of my closest friends & Dutchy there for support. Big love to you all & thank you so much.”
Curiously, earlier today a post by The Daily Telegraph quoted Clare telling her followers she would reveal all about the ‘experiment’ once her contractual obligations to Channel 9 expire.
According to the publication Clare’s original caption, which has been presumably modified, also included the quote: “I’m looking forward to my contract being up in 3 months time so I can share all that went on, rather than the highly edited versions that are shown during the ‘experiment’!”
The reality TV identity further took an opportunity this week to show everyone that, despite what they might see on the show, she has an incredibly high emotional intelligence.
Regardless, we’re all hoping Clare finds a lovely man who appreciates her fantastic taste in pets, her love of wine and fantastically vibrant outlook.

I don't care what her test score shows, she's obviously immature to 1) wave dog feces next to her husband's face; 2) storm off to the toilet telling him to have fun with his receptionist. She may have emotional intelligence, but certainly not emotional maturity.
as well as her lack of empathy to his fear of crocodiles. I didn't find that or the dog poo segments funny or entertaining at all.
Agreed. It was festy.
Someone should ask Clare about "Ben" and her continued harassment and intimidation of him and his new girlfriend for years after they broke up. you know, while we are talking about "revealing all"
Oh my. Sounds interesting. I'm sure skeletons will be revealed in due time.
If that's what the script writers want, then yes, there will be skeletons.
