Kendall Jenner has taken her first expensive steps onto the property ladder. Check out her new LA apartment.
Kendall Jenner has left the building, we repeat, Kendall Jenner has left the building. By building of course, I'm talking about the giant mansion she shared with rest of the Kardashian clan. Kendall has been very vocal about wanting to fly the coop as soon as she turned 18, much to mum-ager Kris Jenner's dismay. However, she's has done it and wow, has she done it with style.
Kendall has bought an apartment in a high-rise building in an exclusive area of Los Angles near Westwood, which has set her back a cool $1.39 million. But hang on, if you think Kris and Bruce are flipping the bill, then you're seriously mistaken. Kendall has taken out a $910,000 mortgage on her trendy new apartment and plans to pay it off all on her own.
So what did Kendall get for that much cash? Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a jetliner view of Los Angles. The building also has 24-hour valet, a concierge and doorman, heated pool, fitness center, catering kitchen, social room, card room and wine storage. Not bad for a first home Kendall.
