It's official. Liam and Miley are on a Romantic Holiday.

Just when you thought your little heart couldn’t take any more joy, actual real-life photos (ie. not just rumours) have cropped up of Miley and Liam celebrating New Years Eve together.

Yes, you heard that right. Miley and Liam celebrated New Year’s Eve together. Like a couple.

After five years of desperate prayers to the Celebrity God of Dramatic Reunions, our pleas have been answered in the form of several grainy Instagram shots showing the two snuggling up in Byron Bay for this year’s Falls Festival.

Behold, the proof:

Article A) Here we see Chris and Liam Hemsworth on the far left, with Miley on the far right of the group, LIKE ANY NORMAL COUPLE.

Article B) And leaving a carpark, LIKE ANY NORMAL COUPLE.

Article C) And finally, sitting together at a cafe because ~NORMAL MF COUPLE~

Mamamia previously wrote:  The couple were then spotted walking backstage near the VIP area with Chris and Luke Hemsworth and their wives, Elsa Pataky and Samantha. Miley reportedly spent the last few days holidaying with the Hemsworth family in Byron, before heading to Falls to catch Disclosure’s 10:40pm set on Saturday night, in an open amphitheater with the rest of the festival-goers, chaperoned by security. The Melbourne-born Hemsworth brothers have been sharing plenty of snaps from the festive season in Byron, although Miley hasn’t appeared in any of them to date.

Miley isn’t the only woman smitten with a Hemsworth. Elsa Pataky posted this hubby appreciation post, standing on the beach in Byron, with a caption that read:

“Todas las historias de amor son bonitas pero la nuestra es mi favorita! Every love story is beautiful, but ours in my favourite!” she wrote.

Miley and Liam began dating when they met on the set of their film, The Last Song, in 2009. They became engaged in June 2012 before calling it quits in September 2013.

Liam revealed he doesn’t regret falling in love with the pop superstar, speaking candidly to Men’s Fitness magazine last November,

“I mean, look — we were together five years, so I don’t think those feelings will ever change,” he admitted.

“And that’s good because that proves to me that it was real. It wasn’t just a fling. It really was an important part of my life and always will be.”
