Is there anything more important to sue over? No.
A Melbourne woman is suing her apartment complex after an elevator incident left her with no mojo.
Marie D’Argent, 55, was travelling in the elevator late last year when it suddenly plummeted three floors, before it ‘jolted down’ through every floor until it reached the lobby. D’Argent damaged a vertebral disc, which she claims left her unable to work full-time or pick up her grandchildren. But worst of all? She lost her libido.
D’Argent told the Herald Sun that the sudden elevator fall left her with “loss of libido, sexual discomfort and impairment and curtailment of sexual adventurism.”
“It’s a matter of losing your mojo,” she said, maintaining it’s an important aspect of her life for which she hopes to compensated.
Um… Can we just get an A-FREAKING-MEN?
What a legend of a woman, to not only admit that sex is important to her, but to sue for her right to have it? Every lady deserves her mojo, and good on Marie D’Argent for thinking that hers is worth suing over.
BRAVO.

Or alternatively, 'ambulance chasing lawyers realise actual level of provable damage too low to get substantial compensation, invent conveniently unprovable additional claim and hope for the best'
She is lucky to be alive. I get why she is suing, back problems alone are bad enough. Good luck to her.
