The Bachelor's Laurina Fleure confirms she has split with her boyfriend.

Two years after she hit our screens competing for Blake Garvey’s love on The Bachelor, Laurina Fleure has revealed she is looking for love once again.

The 33-year-old became a household name thanks to her no-nonsense style on the dating show, before appearing on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Laurina confirmed her split with 28-year-old Lewis Romano to the Daily Mail during Saturday’s Derby Day event at Flemington Racecourse.

“We’re not together anymore. I haven’t actually publicly released it yet. I was hoping to maybe work things out, but it’s not possible,” she said of the split.

“We’ll always be friends. I love him. I had one of the happiest years of my life. We’re just on different paths.”

Despite claiming that they split on good terms, Laurina has removed all traces of their relationship from social media.

Laurina admitted that the five-year age gap between the pair was “one of the factors” behind the split.

“I’ve decided now I want an older gentleman. Lewis was a couple of years younger and I had the time of my life,” she said.

Laurina revealed the news to her Instagram followers this morning, with fans quickly pointing out that the split comes at the perfect time for her to be Australia’s next Bachelorette.

“We’d love to see you as the next Bachelorette. You’re a class act, with a touch of Kanye!” wrote one fan.

“Laurina for Bachelorette! You would be the greatest!” said another.

If only we’d known a few days ago that she was single — because we’re pretty good Bachelor match-makers, if we do say so ourselves…
