Lamar Odom remains in a coma as Khloe Kardashian stays by his side.

Lamar Odom remains in a coma in a Las Vegas hospital after being found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel on Tuesday.

The pro basketball player, 35, is being watched over by Khloe Kardashian, his estranged wife. The pair signed divorce papers in July, but their divorce has not yet been finalised, meaning she has power of attorney to make medical decisions for Odom.

Khloe, her mother Kris and her sister Kim all arrived by private jet on Thursday, followed by brother Rob and sisters Kylie and Kourtney. Kendall Jenner is reportedly flying to Las Vegas from London to support her sister.

Khloe also arranged for Odom’s ex-partner and their two children, Destiny, 17, and Lamar Jr, 13, to fly from New York to be with him.

TMZ reports that Odom squeezed Khloe’s hand yesterday, giving hope that he may be on the mend, but doctors have said that the movement may have been involuntary.

ET reports that it was, in fact, Kim’s hand that Odom squeezed, and that he also fluttered his eyelids.

The primary concern for Odom right now is his kidneys, which have failed. He’s on dialysis, and three other organs continue to fail.

Doctors have said that he suffered multiple strokes and that he was found to have cocaine and opiates in his system, reports People.

He had been “partying for days” at Denis Hof’s Love Ranch Cathouse, according to TMZ.

An “insider” told TMZ that he’s suffered a “loss of oxygen but also possible stroke. So likely there’s brain damage, but they’re not sure how much. Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system.”

The Kardashian/Jenners have taken to social media, as is their wont, to express their feelings about Odom’s condition.

TMZ reports that doctors say he has a “50/50 chance of pulling through”.

“They are devastated. They have tried so hard to help Lamar with his issues and it breaks their hearts that he could lose this battle,” a source close to the Kardashian family told ET. “The entire family is pulling for Lamar to make it through this.”
