1. Um. Lady Gaga’s ex just ‘liked’ Irina Shayk’s Instagram pic and WHAT DOES THIS MEAN.
Irina Shayk is in in the midst of a post-breakup Instagram ~relaunch~.
It’s a formula we’ve all seen before, and involves a lot of enviable pictures in bikinis among others where she looks at the camera longingly over the shoulder.
It would all be fairly innocent if there wasn’t a goldmine of GOSSIP hidden in the likes.
According to the New York Post, Christian Carino, aka Lady Gaga’s ex-fiance, has liked Irina Shayk’s bikini pic on Instagram.
We need a moment to process this.
Lady Gaga’s ex swiped through his phone, saw Irina Shayk’s bikini pic, and consciously (or unconsciously) double tapped.
*Mic drop*
The 50-year-old talent agent and Lady Gaga called off their engagement in February, around the same time the internet started to suspect Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper weren’t acting in their love on A Star Is Born tour.
We’re not saying a love affair is born… but we’re not not saying that either.
2. “It’s a blokey thing.” The Super Switch’s Justin defends sexist comments about girlfriend Neesha.
The Super Switch, the new Channel Seven reality show that sees six couples switch partners in an effort to save their relationships, has already served a whole lot of drama for just one episode.
On Tuesday night's episode Justin, 29, called his partner Neesha, 22, "very needy" and says she smothers him too much.
While on a boys night with the other contestants on the show, Justin didn't shy away from telling his friends what he thought of his partner.
When one mate asked how their relationship was going, Justin said: "Same old mate. You know what it's like. Typical female. They carry on, whinge, nag..."
In another conversation, Justin says "she does my head in!"
Justin has now defended his comments after the sparked controversy on social media, telling Now To Love: "It's a blokey thing to say I guess."
"When you're with the boys - it's just a typical thing to say when you're with the guys."
Right.
He continued: "Seeing her reaction, it does make you reflect on it a lot and then seeing it from other's perspectives you know, makes you think, maybe I am a little bit of a p**ck!"
3. Miley Cyrus expertly shuts down split rumours with her 10 year anniversary tribute to Liam Hemsworth.
Miley Cyrus has shut down any whispers that her and her husband, Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth, have split up.
The 26 year-old singer posted to her Twitter on Tuesday to wish Hemsworth, 29, a happy anniversary, and publicly denounced a news article speculating their divorce.
"Happy 10 year anniversary my love," Cyrus began. "Good to see everyone is as dumb as they were in 2009!"
"Some things never change … & I hope the way you feel about me is one of them. You're truly"
The couple married in a private ceremony in December last year, after first meeting in 2009 while co-starring in film The Last Song.
Cyrus shared another tweet, with photos of the couple on set of the movie, saying in part: "Started diggin you in 2009 @LiamHemsworth."
4. Jennifer Aniston on where she thinks Friend’s Ross and Rachel would be today.
From Ross and Rachel's relationship to Chandler and Monica's kids, we'd be lying if we said we don't think about our favourite Friends characters at least five times a day.
Thankfully, Jennifer Aniston has finally shared her thoughts on what she thinks her character Rachel Green would be up to now – and it's exactly what we wanted to hear.
Speaking to Today ahead of the release of her new film Murder Mystery, the actress said that she "absolutely" thinks Rachel would still be with Ross in 2019. (Thank God).
She also reflected on her character's daughter, Emma, who was first introduced to the series when Ross and Rachel had a one night stand.
"Emma's grown up. She's in college? Not yet. High school? Yeah. She's in high school. Let's say junior high," Aniston said.
Aniston's co-star Adam Sandler also chimed in on what Emma's life would be like now.
"She's vaping in high school, and you're just looking the other way – way to go."
5. The Big Little Lies and Mamma Mia fan theory that solves the mystery of Sophie's dad.
One of the biggest cinematic mysteries of our time has been solved and we owe it to the latest season of HBO’s Big Little Lies.
And by this, we mean we finally know the identity of Sophie Sheridan’s (Amanda Seyfried) father in Mamma Mia!.
Let us explain this in three very detailed steps:
Step one:
This season of Big Little Lies stars the legendary Meryl Streep as Mary Louise, the grieving mum of dead Perry, who is conveniently played by Alexander Skarsgård.
Step two:
In real life Alexander Skarsgård is the 42-year-old son of Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård.
Step three:
Stellan Skarsgård plays Bill Anderson in Mamma Mia!, the one-time lover of Meryl Streep’s character Donna Sheridan, who comes forward as one of Sophie’s three possible fathers, along with Sam Carmichael (Pierce Brosnan) and Harry Bright (Colin Firth).
While the movie never answers the true identity of Sophie’s dad, using the logic that Alexander Skarsgård is Meryl Streep’s son in Big Little Lies, then Bill Anderson Stellan Skarsgård must be Amanda Seyfried’s dad in Mamma Mia!.
