Kylie Jenner, Timothée Chalamet and the ‘naked dress’ that proves they are 100 per cent dating. Maybe.

We’re here to answer the pressing question on everybody's lips: are these two seemingly ill-suited celebs really dating each other?

In what has been something of a modern Sherlock mystery, Kylie Jenner, 25, is rumoured to be dating the very quirky and effortlessly cool Timothée Chalamet, 27.

If you remember this is kinda old news now, after Deuxmoi dropped the juicy goss last week. But don't fear, we’re in luck, there has been an update on this whole sitchu.

You see, Kylie – the youngest of the Kardashian sisters – has just been crowned the face of Jean Paul Gaultier’s ‘Flowers’ Spring/Summer campaign. And no, this isn't a press release we're trying to push, we're getting to the juicy stuff in a second. Promise.

Images dropped of Kylie in a 'naked dress' for the campaign, and now the internet is convinced this poor, innocent garment is proof that Kylie and Timothée are together. 

Let us explain.

The 'Flowers' campaign was directed by Florence Tétier and shot by photographer Elizaveta Porodina, and Kylie has shared a heap of behind the scene details to her TikTok.

Kylie also posted an array of photos from the shoot on her Instagram, showing her bleached eyebrows and pink cheeks – because, ICYMI, she’s definitely entered her edgy era. 

Kylie's recent hook-up with this fashion house should come as no surprise to those who kept a close eye on the Met Gala red carpet, as Kylie wore a bright red and blue Jean Paul Gaultier gown to that.

But how does this all connect to Timothée?! We're getting there. 

The pairing of Kylie and Jean Paul Gaultier is anything but innocent. And it's the final piece in this celebrity-relationship-rumour puzzle we’ve all been looking for. 

You see, Timothée and Haider Ackermann are pals. And Haider is the man and creative genius behind Kylie's Jean Paul Gaultier Met Gala gown – working closely with her to create the look. 

...But Haider was mates with Timothée long before his Kylie collab – hinting that Timothée may have a bit of a fashion matchmaker between his designer pal and his 'girlfriend'.

And now that Kylie is the face of Jean Paul Gaultier, the internet is convinced that this confirms their relationship. Because good boyfriends always hook up their significant others with international brand deals, right?

WE GOT THERE FOLKS. 

As for any other information we have on this pair, the quotes are minimal. Mysterious, even. But we have this one teeny, tiny insight from People magazine. A source told them that the couple are keeping things very casual, "(Timothée and Kylie) hang out every week," but "it's not serious".

"Kylie is having fun. After years of back and forth with Travis Scott (the father of her two children), she just wants to date without any pressure."

Until the two publicly confirm their relationship we will stay busy over-analysing every move, dress and campaign these two lovebirds are involved in.
