'There's no shade towards anyone.' Why everyone is talking about Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods... again.

One of the biggest reality TV scandals has come back around again. 

Yup that's right, Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods are in the headlines again following a viral TikTok. 

The pair were best friends for over six years before it was revealed in 2019 Woods had shared a kiss with Khloé Kardashian's then-partner, Tristan Thompson.

It's been three years, but the feud refuses to die.

Here's absolutely everything we know - right from the beginning. 

February 2019: Rumours about Jordyn Woods cheating with Tristan Thompson go viral.

In news that surprised precisely nobody, it was reported that Khloé Kardashian's then-partner Tristan Thompson had been kissing another woman at a private event. 

The woman in question was rumoured to be Jordyn Woods and the pair were reportedly "all over each other". 

While Thompson denied the rumours, Khloé Kardashian and Malika Haqq confirmed them.

March 2019: Jordyn Woods appears on Red Table Talk.

Just a month after rumours circulated about the model, Woods sat down for an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith (her husband was friends with Woods' father, John Woods, before his death) on Red Table Talk.

She clarified that she and her friends went back to Thompson's home after a night of clubbing. 

"He didn't even personally invite me there," Woods said. "It wasn't like, 'Come see me.'"

She later said she regretted going to his home in the first place, saying: "I'm not thinking 'I shouldn't be here,' and that's my first step where I went wrong. I should have gone home after the party. I shouldn't even have been there."

Woods went on to clarify that they hadn't been "making out" but they were "all together" and added: "Never once did we leave the public area, go to a bedroom, go to a bathroom. We're all in plain sight."

"There was no lap dance involved," Woods said and later added: "On the way out, he did kiss me... It was a kiss on the lips, but no tongue kiss, no making out, nothing. And I don't think that he's wrong either because I allowed myself to be in that position, and when alcohol's involved, people make dumb moves or people get caught up in the moment."

Woods admitted  lying to Jenner and her sister, saying: "In my head of trying to forget that part of the story, I was just like, you know, 'No, he was chillin'. Everything was okay. There were girls there, but he wasn't all over the girls... "I was honest about being there, but I wasn't honest about the actions that had taken place." 

Woods felt at the time she hadn't been responsible for any relationship breakdowns, saying: "I know I'm not the reason that Tristan and Khloé are not together... Now, this situation may have made it harder for her to want to be with him, and I understand that, but I know I'm not the reason."

March 2019: Khloé Kardashian responds.

Following the episode's release, Kardashian tweeted that Woods was "lying".

"Why are you lying @jordynwoods??" she wrote. "If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGISE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story.

The response went viral on social media and after criticism from the public, the reality star clarified she "didn't blame Jordyn".

"This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I)," she wrote. "I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have. Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time."

In another tweet, Kardashian wrote: "What’s been harder & more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love & treat like a little sister. But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault.

"I have to move on with my life & count my blessings, my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True."

June 2019: The infamous Keeping Up With The Kardashians two-part episode airs. 

Following the cheating scandal in February, the episodes unpacking it aired in June 2019. 

Kim Kardashian gave a rundown of how the family found out, admitting "nobody believed it was real" at first. 

"We were all just kind of watching it all unfold. Jordyn was someone that Khloe really trusted and believed in and supported and employed. This is just so crazy," the reality star explained.

"My friend Larsa called me to explain that a reporter that she knows was about to write a story that Jordyn and Tristan were at his home, late nighter until seven in the morning, they said they were like making out, I immediately didn't believe it, I was like this can't be true."

Kylie weighed in too, saying she had called Woods who was "crying the whole time."

"And I was just telling her, 'I'm like scared of you now. Like, you’re capable of waking up the next morning with a smile on your face,'" she summarised.

"I pretty much told her exactly what we’ve been talking about. Like, 'you weren’t thinking about True, not Khloe, not me. But you weren’t thinking about yourself like, look what you did. You could do whatever, but when it affects my family, me, then that’s when it’s a problem'."

July 2019: Kylie Jenner asks her sisters to "chill out".

The cheating scandal took a toll on everyone - but Jenner especially who had to step in when her sisters shared posts of them singing songs that seemed to be targeting Woods. 

"The look in her eye — she's just obviously really going through it," she said, crying over the phone. "I just don't think anyone deserves this. Let's just express everything to each other in person, however we feel." 

December 2022: Jordyn Woods makes a "shady" TikTok. 

Now, it's been relatively quiet in terms of Woods and Jenner who haven't made any comments about one another since the breakdown of their friendship. 

However, a new TikTok clip has brought the beef back up to the surface. 

The video in question sees Woods jumping on the 'natural lips' TikTok trend, posing with her lips hidden before revealing her natural lip shape. Posting to her account @jordynwoods, the 25-year-old captioned the selfie video, "thank you mom & dad for these genetics."

While the model was undoubtedly just playing along with the trend, fans quickly jumped into the comments to link the video to her ex-best friend - who has previously opened up about getting lip fillers.

One fan wrote, "Kylie Jenner is typing..." while another speculated, "Def shots at Kylie [sic]." A third added, "Why do I feel like this has something to do [with] Kylie?"

"[You all] always have a reason to bring up the KarJenners. She's literally living her own best life," another said.

December 2022: Jordyn Woods clears up the rumours. 

A fourth follower commented, "Ooooo the shade low key," prompting Woods to respond to the claims.

Joining the comments, she replied, "There’s no shade towards anyone, this is a trend I’ve seen a bunch of girls doing and I wanted to hop on."
